Star Wars Muppet Figures
A while back my wife picked up these cute Star Wars Muppet pvc figures for me at one of the Disney theme parks. They are adorable! Characters include:
- Fozzie the Bear as Chewbacca (brilliant casting!)
- Rizzo the Rat as Yoda (love the green ears!)
- Gonzo as Darth Vader (hilarious!)
- Kermit the Frog as Luke Skywalker
- Beaker as C3PO (too funny!)
- Miss Piggy as Princess Leia

i remember Gonzo as Darth Vader from an episode of PIGS IN SPACE. He had a very similar likeness from straight on – then he turned his head…
Who would be Han Solo in the Muppet universe?
The Han Solo of the Muppet Universe has got to be Animal. I considered Rowlf and Sweetums, but Animal wins hands-down.
Star Wars?! Are we forgetting the majesty that is “Pigs In Space? I think I would pony up my hard earned Internet dollars for those figures. Just sayin’.
They should also make R2-HoneyDew to go with C3Beaker. The dome head would be perfect.
