This purpose of this contest is to find an artist for the upcoming book <em>50-GIRLS-50<\/em>.\u00a0 There are about 150  contestants at this point, with Cho and Murray selecting their favorites  at the Baltimore  Comic Con this weekend.\u00a0 To read the rules of the contest, please <a title=\"50-Girl-50 Rules\" href=\"http:\/\/www.imagecomics.com\/messageboard\/viewtopic.php?t=47048\" class=\"broken_link\">click here<\/a>.\u00a0 One of the contestants is local comic artist Billy Penn (<em>Hot Shot &amp;
