Today we&#8217;ll finish up the tour of the DC posters. The next couple days will focus on <em>Star Wars<\/em> and other geeky posters.\u00a0 Please feel free to share any of your favorite posters!<\/p>\n<p>Below is a World War II era poster of the Justice America<\/em> by Len Strazewski and Mike Parobeck.\u00a0 This promotional poster was part of a giveaway flier about the series.\u00a0 There are blurbs for several of the characters on the outside of the flier.\u00a0 When you open up the piece, you get this poster.\u00a0 Mike Parobeck was an amazing artist!\u00a0 I simply adored this series.\u00a0 This poster still hangs in my justify;\">Next up is the <em>Crisis on Infinite Earths<\/em> poster penciled by George Perez and painted by Alex Ross.\u00a0 This poster was produced in 1998 to coincide with the release of the slipcase hardcover edition.\u00a0 In order to showcase all the fantastic detail in the painting, they had  to make the poster oversized \u2013 65&#8243; (over 5 feet!) x 28&#8243;.\u00a0 The poster is really like this poster!\u00a0 Great sense of action and energy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Green Lantern #0 poster - \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Next up is a painted Green Lantern poster by Christopher Moeller.\u00a0 This one features Kyle Rayner, Hal Jordan, and Alan Scott.\u00a0 While I think Hal Gaiman fan several years ago.\u00a0 However, I still think posting them here is worthwhile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This next poster, entitled <em>Family Snap Shot Or Still Life With Cats<\/em>, is by Mike Dringenberg and features the Endless family from Neil Gaiman&#8217;s groundbreaking <em>Sandman<\/em> comic book.\u00a0 The poster was produced in 1992 and was one of the earliest pieces of <em>Sandman <\/em>merchandise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Sandman Endless poster by Mike Dringenberg - Family Snap Shot Or Still Life With Cats\" src=\"http:\/\/onceuponageek.com\/images\/poster-endlessdringenberg.jpg\" alt=\"Sandman Endless poster by Mike Dringenberg - Family Snap Shot Or Still Life With Cats\" width=\"500\" height=\"747\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This 1993 poster of Death by Chris Bachalo was produced to coincide with the mini-series, <em>Death: The High Cost of Living<\/em>.\u00a0 Bachalo sure managed to make Death cute.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Sandman's Death poster by Chris Bachalo\" src=\"http:\/\/onceuponageek.com\/images\/poster-deathbachalo.jpg\" alt=\"Sandman's Death poster by Chris Bachalo\" width=\"452\" height=\"715\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The next one is a promotional poster sent to comic book shops to promote the 1993 launch of <em>Sandman Mystery Theatre<\/em>.\u00a0 While the series was written by Matt Wagner and drawn by Guy Davis, the covers (including this poster) were created by Gavin Wilson.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img justify;\">This next one was a promotional poster sent to comic book shops to promote the 1994 launch of <em>Starman <\/em>by James Robinson and Tony Harris.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: alt=\"Starman promotional poster by Tony Harris\" width=\"500\" height=\"765\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Here is another promotional poster sent to comic book shops to promote <em>Starman<\/em>.\u00a0 This poster was produced in 1998 and was also created by Tony Harris.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Here is a promotional poster sent to comic book shops to promote the 1995 launch of <em>Sovereign Seven<\/em> by Chris Claremont and Dwayne Turner.\u00a0 Interestingly enough, this entire poster is very shiny, as if it&#8217;s made of the same material the old foil covers were made from.\u00a0 I remember when this series came out, DC thought it was going to be HUGE!\u00a0 Chris Claremont had worked magic on the <em>X-Men<\/em> for Marvel, and Dwayne Turner had the Image Comics look.\u00a0 DC was promoting this thing like they expected it to be a tremendous success.\u00a0 In hindsight, not so much.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Sovereign Seven poster by Dwayne Turner\" src=\"http:\/\/onceuponageek.com\/images\/poster-sovereignseven.jpg\" alt=\"Sovereign Seven poster by Dwayne Turner\" width=\"500\" height=\"767\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In 1998, DC produced a <em>JLA\/Titans<\/em> mini-series with art by Phil Jimenez.\u00a0\u00a0 Afterward, they took Jimenez&#8217;s interlocking covers for <em>JLA\/Titans<\/em> #1-3 and enlarged and expanded the artwork to a mammoth 65&#8243; x 28&#8243;.\u00a0 This astonishingly detailed poster was timed to coincide with the release of a new <em>Titans<\/em> ongoing series.\u00a0 I don&#8217;t have this poster anymore as I gave it away to a die-hard Titans fan, but dang it&#8217;s cool.\u00a0 Click the
