Day&#8230; MY DAY!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">What a great Father&#8217;s Day I had!\u00a0\u00a0My wife made chocolate chip muffins for breakfast, I spent the morning playing with the kids, then we all swam in\u00a0pool for the first time this season, next I got to eat Sonny&#8217;s barbeque for lunch, and finally we\u00a0went to the comic book shop!\u00a0 What a fun stress-free day!<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/onceuponageek.com\/images\/dadday.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Father's Day Swag\" width=\"275\" height=\"325\" align=\"right\" \/>In addition to some nice typical Father&#8217;s Day items, I gotta mention the geek-related swag I received.\u00a0 I\u00a0got a cool Marvel t-shirt from Target that I&#8217;ve been eyeing\u00a0lately (see picture to right).\u00a0 Then I also received two plates that my kids drew for me!\u00a0You can see the plate on the left was done by two-year old daughter.\u00a0 She&#8217;s currently in her Impressionist period.\u00a0 Don&#8217;t worry, we&#8217;re watching her closely to ensure she doesn&#8217;t cut off\u00a0her ear\u00a0and give it to anyone.\u00a0 The plate on the right was done by my eight year old step-son.\u00a0 You can see he&#8217;s done a Doctor Who themed plate for me.\u00a0 This may just be my favorite piece of Doctor Who related merchandise now!\u00a0 You can clearly make out the 10th Doctor, Martha Jones, K-9, and the remains of a recently-destroyed Dalek!\u00a0 He got all the colors right, and even drew in the Sonic Screwdriver.\u00a0 I&#8217;m so proud of my budding little geek!<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/onceuponageek.com\/images\/dadday_who.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Who is this guy?\" width=\"200\" height=\"276\" align=\"left\" \/>In regard to the shirt, I\u00a0love the 1960&#8217;s\/1970&#8217;s era\u00a0Marvel apparel.\u00a0 The fake fading makes them look even cooler!\u00a0However, I\u00a0gotta ask you (my geek buddies) to help me identify one of the faces\u00a0on my new shirt.\u00a0 I recognize everyone except this guy.\u00a0 Who the funk is he?\u00a0 He&#8217;s not Reed Richards and he&#8217;s not Nick Fury.\u00a0 I&#8217;m clueless.\u00a0 A little help here?<\/p>\n<div class=\"sharedaddy sd-sharing-enabled\"><div
